Viewing a call sheet

Open a call sheet someone shared with you and find your call time.

A production has shared a call sheet with you — the daily plan for a shoot: who's needed, when, and where. You don't need an account to read it. Just open the link.

Click the link from your email or message. It opens the call sheet in your browser. There's nothing to install and no sign-in.

Call sheets come in two forms, and it changes what you see:

  • A personalised link is meant for you specifically. At the top you'll see a "Your call" highlight with your name and your own call time — the moment you're needed. Because it's personal, please don't forward it.
  • A shared link is one link sent to a group (for example a client or a vendor). It shows the same call sheet to everyone who has it, without a personal call-time highlight.

What's on a call sheet

A call sheet is built from sections, and the production decides which ones you see. Depending on the sheet, you might find:

  • Header — the top-line details for the day.
  • Schedule — the timed plan of what happens when.
  • Location — where to go.
  • Crew — who's on the crew.
  • Talent — cast and their call and pickup details.
  • Notes — any extra information the production wants you to have.

Different people can be shown different sections of the same call sheet — a client might see only the schedule and location, while crew see everything. So if a colleague's copy looks different from yours, that's by design.

Times are in the production's time zone

Call times are shown in the time zone the production set for the shoot, so everyone reads the same numbers. If you're travelling across time zones, keep that in mind.
