Documents
Store and organise files — images, videos, PDFs — and attach them to parts of your project.
Documents is your project's file store — a place to keep images, videos, PDFs, Office documents, and other files, organised in folders. It's always available on a project. Open it from Documents in the project sidebar.
Folders and files
Documents are organised into folders, shown as a tree on the left. Create one with New Folder, and nest folders to match how your production is organised (scripts, references, contracts, and so on).
You can view files as a grid or a list, whichever suits, and click Documents at the top to jump back to the root.

Uploading
Click Upload, then drop files into the area or click to browse. You can upload several at once. The limit is 500 MB per file.
Images and PDFs can be previewed in place, so you don't have to download a file to check it. Other file types show a Download link instead.
File versions
Open a file and use Version History to keep a record of updates. You can upload a new version with optional notes, download any past version, or Restore an earlier one — restoring creates a new version rather than overwriting.
Attaching files to your project
Beyond the central store, files can be attached to parts of your project where they're relevant — budget items, timeline items, contacts, bookings, and locations — keeping the right document next to the right thing. Look for an Attachments area with an + Attach button on the elements that support it.
Storage
Your total storage depends on your plan: 1 GB on Free, 10 GB on Starter, 50 GB on Professional, and 500 GB on Enterprise. See Billing and plans.
