Billing and plans
View your subscription and usage, upgrade or change plans, and manage payment through Stripe.
The Billing page is where you see your current plan, track how much of it you're using, and upgrade or manage your subscription. Reach it from Settings → Billing (Owners and Admins only).
Your current plan and usage
At the top you'll see your Current Plan with its status — for example live, or "Trialing" with the number of days left. Below that, usage against your limits:
- Projects — active projects out of your plan's allowance.
- Members — team members out of your allowance.
These turn red when you hit a limit, so you know when it's time to archive a project or upgrade.

The plans
The Billing page lists every plan with its monthly and annual price. Every plan includes all the production tools — what higher plans add is more room (projects and members), higher support tiers, and — on Enterprise — the developer API.
What each plan includes
Upgrading or changing plans
Click Upgrade to [plan] on the plan you want. You're taken to Stripe to enter payment and start your 14-day free trial (your card isn't charged until the trial ends). Once you have a Stripe subscription, a Manage subscription button lets you update payment details, change plan, or cancel through Stripe's own portal.
Trials and payment states
- Trial — paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Your card is added up front but not charged until day 15.
- Resume checkout — if checkout isn't finished, you'll see a prompt to pick it back up. Your card won't be charged until the trial expires.
- Payment failed — if a payment doesn't go through, you'll be asked to update your payment method to keep your plan active.
Who can manage billing
Only Owners and Admins reach the Billing page. If a Producer or Viewer follows a billing link, they're sent to the general settings instead.
