Organization settings
Manage your organization's name, web address, public profile, logo, and developer access.
Your organization's settings control how it's identified, how it appears publicly, and who can do what. Reach them from Settings at the bottom of the organization sidebar. Settings are organised into tabs; which tabs you see depends on your role.
General
The General tab holds your organization's identity:
- Business name — your organization's display name.
- Legal / registered business name — used on contracts and invoices.
- URL slug — the web address for your organization inside CrewGrid. Changing it changes your URL, so existing links will break.
- Public profile — a Logo (upload under 5 MB; PNG, JPG, or WebP), a Description, a Location, and a Website. Filling in the description makes your organization appear on the public Companies tab of the marketplace. Only your city is shown publicly; the full address stays private.
Click Save changes to apply.

Only Owners and Admins can edit these. Producers can view them but see a note that only admins and owners can make changes.
Other tabs
- Team — invite people and manage their roles. See Your team and roles.
- Billing — your subscription (Owners and Admins). See Billing and plans.
- Price lists — reusable lists of priced items to speed up budgets. See Price lists.
- Rate cards — your organization's shared rate cards for crew.
- Calendar feed — a read-only calendar feed of your organization's schedule that people can subscribe to.
- Developers — create scoped tokens so external tools can read your data through the CrewGrid API. This tab is available on the Enterprise plan to Owners and Admins.
The Developers tab (Enterprise)
On Enterprise, the Developers tab lets an Owner or Admin create API tokens for connecting outside tools — for example a reporting dashboard. Use + Create API token, give the token a name, choose what it can read (its scopes), pick when it expires, and click Create token. The token is shown once, so copy it there and then — CrewGrid never shows it again. You can Revoke a token at any time.
This is a read-only interface for external tools. It's separate from anything your crew or clients use day to day.
