Responding to bookings
Review, confirm, decline, or ask questions about the jobs producers offer you.
When a producer books you, the request appears under My Bookings in your personal space (and you'll usually get an email too). This is where you accept work, turn it down, or ask a question first.
My Bookings
The My Bookings page gathers every job across all the organizations you work with, in two groups:
- Pending requests — offers waiting for your answer.
- Upcoming bookings — jobs you've confirmed that are still ahead.
Each card shows the project, the role, the organization, the dates, and a status label. You might see:
- Requested — the producer has asked; it's waiting on you.
- Pending — your availability is in, waiting for the producer to lock it.
- Confirmed — locked in and happening.
- Awaiting re-confirm — something changed; the producer needs you to confirm again.
- Declined — you turned it down (or the producer cancelled).
If a job overlaps with another booking, a ⚠ Overlapping marker appears so you can spot clashes.

Responding to a request
Open a request with Open booking, or respond right from the card:
- Confirm availability — tell the producer you can do the job. This doesn't lock it in on its own; the producer confirms at their end, and the status moves to Confirmed once they do.
- Decline — turn the job down.
For the full set of options — including asking a question or proposing a change — open the booking. From the booking detail you can:
- Confirm availability, Decline, or Needs clarification (flag a question before deciding).
- Confirm with conditions — accept, but propose a change at the same time (a different rate for a travel day, an extra item, and so on). See Adjustments and rate cards.
The booking always shows a short hint about what happens next, so you're never guessing.
After you've confirmed availability
Once you've confirmed you're available, the booking waits for the producer to lock it. If your plans change in the meantime, open the booking and use Withdraw availability to let the producer know you're no longer free — they'll be notified and can book someone else.
Re-confirmation
Sometimes a producer needs you to confirm a booking again — for example if the schedule shifted after you first agreed. The booking shows Awaiting re-confirm (and a Re-confirm chip on your dashboard). Open it and choose Confirm or Decline.
