Your freelancer account

Your personal space in CrewGrid, and what changes when you upgrade to Pro.

As a freelancer, your home in CrewGrid is your personal space — your own area, separate from any organization that books you. This is where you keep your profile, see the jobs you've been offered, respond to them, and manage your availability.

You reach it from the You · Freelancer entry in the role switcher (the chip at the top-right of the screen).

What's in your personal space

Your sidebar gives you:

Under Personal Settings: My Profile, Notifications, and Subscription.

Free vs Pro

Every freelancer starts on the Free plan, which covers the essentials: responding to booking requests, a basic profile, and messaging with the organizations you work with. Pro turns your personal space into a full freelance hub — a public profile on the marketplace, a portfolio, reusable rate cards, a subscribable calendar, availability sharing, and personal analytics.

See Plans and trials for what Free and Pro include and how the trial works.

Upgrading to Pro

Go to Subscription in your sidebar and choose to upgrade. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial — your card is added but not charged until the trial ends. You can manage or cancel any time from the same page.

Belong to an organization too?

You can be a freelancer and a member of one or more organizations — for example, if you also run productions for your own company. Your personal space and any organizations stay separate; switch between them with the role switcher.
