Your dashboard

Your home screen — upcoming work, pending requests, stats, and recent messages.

Your dashboard is the Overview page in your personal space — the first thing you see when you sign in, pulling together everything that needs your attention. It's designed so you can glance at it and know what's next: your next jobs, anything waiting on a response from you, and who has messaged you recently.

The welcome banner

At the top, the dashboard greets you by first name — Welcome, Alex — with a short line underneath: "Your latest bookings, requests, and messages — all in one place." If you're on a Pro plan, a Pro badge sits next to the greeting.

Upcoming

The Upcoming block lists your next confirmed bookings — up to five. Each row shows:

  • The dates — a single day or a range, such as Mon 3 Nov – Fri 7 Nov. If no dates are set yet, the row reads Dates TBD.
  • The project, with your role and the organization underneath, e.g. Gaffer · Northlight Films.
  • A call line, if a call sheet has been shared with you for that job — for example Call 07:30 · Studio B. This picks up the earliest call sheet that covers your booking's dates, so you see your next call time without opening anything.

Click any row to open the full booking. The See all bookings link at the top of the block takes you to your complete bookings list.

Pending requests

Pending requests is the single place for everything awaiting your response. Three kinds of item appear here:

  • Booking requests — up to five, each with dates, project, role, and organization, and a Respond → link that takes you straight to the response page. If a producer has changed a confirmed booking and needs you to confirm again, the row carries a Re-confirm marker.
  • Rate-card proposals — when an organization proposes a rate card and it's your turn to reply, it shows here as a row ("Northlight Films proposed a rate card") with a Review → link to your rate cards page.
  • Contact requests — an organization asking to add you as a contact, with any message they included. You can Accept or Reject directly from the dashboard, without going anywhere else.

When more than five booking requests are pending, the Review all link at the top of the block opens the full list. If nothing needs you, the block simply says "Nothing awaiting your response."

Your stats (Pro)

If you're on Pro, a Your stats section shows a grid of tiles summarising your booking activity across every organization you work with:

  • Total bookings
  • This month
  • Upcoming
  • Confirmed this year
  • Declined this year
  • Pending requests

Confirmed shows in green, declined in red, and pending in amber — so the shape of your year reads at a glance. If you haven't had any bookings yet, the section says "No booking activity yet."

Recent messages

Recent messages lists your latest conversations — up to five. Each row shows the conversation name (or the organization's name), a chip for the organization it belongs to, a preview of the last message, and an amber dot when there's something unread. Clicking a row opens your inbox with that conversation already selected, so you land directly in the thread. The Open inbox link takes you to the full inbox.

It keeps itself up to date

The dashboard refreshes on its own — roughly every minute, and again whenever you return to the tab. New requests, messages, and booking changes appear without you reloading the page.

Everything on the dashboard is a shortcut, not a separate place. Bookings, rate cards, contact requests, and messages all live in their own pages too — the dashboard just surfaces what's current.
