Your profile

Fill in your profile, add skills, appear on the marketplace, and build a portfolio.

Your profile is how producers get to know you. A basic profile is available to everyone; a fuller public profile — with a headline, bio, portfolio, and marketplace visibility — comes with Pro. Find it under My Profile in your personal sidebar.

Basic info (everyone)

These fields are available on every plan:

  • Profile photo — a JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 5 MB.
  • Display name (required) — how you appear to producers.
  • Location — start typing your city. Only your city is shown publicly; your full address stays private.
  • Skills — the things you do, added as tags.
  • Findable on marketplace — turn this on to let producers discover you in the marketplace.

Click Save Changes when you're done.

Pro features

On Pro, your profile becomes a full public page. These extra fields unlock:

  • Headline — a short line describing what you do.
  • Experience — years in the field.
  • Bio — a longer description.
  • Website.
  • Cover photo.
  • Languages.

Save these with Save Pro Info. On the Free plan this section is locked, with a prompt to upgrade.

Portfolio (Pro)

Pro lets you build a portfolio — a grid of work samples. Add an item with a title, a type (image, video, or link), an optional description, and the media or link URL. Remove items any time.

Rate cards

Your profile links through to My Rate Cards, where you build the reusable rate templates you propose to organizations. See Adjustments and rate cards.

Analytics (Pro)

Pro shows a small Analytics panel with your booking activity — total bookings, this month, upcoming, confirmed and declined this year. On Free this panel is locked.

Appearing on the marketplace

The marketplace is where producers browse and find freelancers (see how producers use it). To appear:

  1. Turn on Findable on marketplace in your Basic info.
  2. On Pro, fill in your public profile so there's something worth showing.

Producers see your public profile inside their marketplace; there's no separate public web page for your profile. Your availability is shown to producers as a simple colour hint only if you choose to share it — see Calendar and availability.
