Plans and trials
The Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans for organizations, plus Individual Free and Pro — and how the free trial works.
CrewGrid has two separate sets of plans: one for organizations (production companies and teams) and one for individual freelancers. This page explains what each includes and how the free trial works.
Organization plans
Every organization plan includes all the production tools — Budget, Timeline, Staffing, Call Sheets, and Locations — plus Documents and Settings. What changes as you move up is how many active projects and team members you can have, and, at the top tier, access to the developer API.
| Plan | Price | Active projects | Team members | Notable extras |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 / mo | 1 | 2 | — |
| Starter | €59 / mo | 3 | 5 | Standard support |
| Professional | €169 / mo | 5 | 15 | Priority support |
| Enterprise | €399 / mo | Unlimited | Unlimited | Dedicated support, developer API |
- Active projects counts projects that aren't archived. If you hit the limit, archive a finished project (which makes it read-only and frees the slot) or upgrade. See Archiving a project.
- Team members is the number of people in your organization. Reaching the limit stops you inviting more until you upgrade.
- Developer API (Enterprise only) lets your admins create scoped tokens so external tools can read your data. See Organization settings.
You manage all of this on the Billing page.
Individual (freelancer) plans
Freelancers choose between two plans for their personal space.
| Free | Pro — €10 / mo | |
|---|---|---|
| View and respond to bookings | ✓ | ✓ |
| Basic profile (name, location, skills) | ✓ | ✓ |

In short: Free lets you receive work and respond to it; Pro turns your personal space into a full freelance hub — a public profile producers can find, reusable rate cards, a calendar you can subscribe to from Apple or Google, and an availability hint you share with the organizations you work with. See Your freelancer account and Calendar and availability.
How the free trial works
Every paid plan — organization or Pro — comes with a 14-day free trial.
- You add a card when you start the trial, but you're not charged until the trial ends (day 15).
- During the trial you get the full features of the plan you picked.
- If you don't want to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. If no valid payment method is on file when the trial ends, the subscription simply cancels rather than charging you.
Payments and trials are handled securely through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from the Billing page (organizations) or your Subscription page (freelancers).
Changing plans later
Nothing here is permanent. Organizations can upgrade or downgrade from Billing; freelancers can upgrade to Pro or cancel from their Subscription page. Downgrading lowers your limits, so make sure you're within the new plan's project and member counts first.
