Step 1: set up your profile
Add your photo, name, location, and skills, and decide whether producers can find you on the marketplace.
Your profile is how producers get to know you — and, if you switch it on, how they find you in the first place. In this step you'll fill in the basics and decide whether to appear on the marketplace. Everything here is available on every plan; we'll flag the parts that need Pro as we go.
Open your profile
In your personal sidebar, open My Profile.
Fill in your basic info
These fields are available to everyone:
- Profile photo — a JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 5 MB.
- Display name (required) — how you appear to producers.
- Location — start typing your city. Only your city is shown publicly; your full address stays private.
- Skills — the things you do, added as tags. Be specific: "steadicam operator" finds you work that "camera" doesn't.
Decide whether to be findable
Turn on Findable on marketplace if you want producers to discover you when they browse for crew. Leave it off and you'll still receive bookings from producers who already have your details — you just won't show up in searches.
Save
Click Save Changes.

Optional: go further with Pro
On Pro, your profile becomes a full public page with extra fields — a Headline, Experience, Bio, Website, Cover photo, and Languages — saved with Save Pro Info. Pro also unlocks a portfolio (a grid of work samples: images, videos, or links) and a small Analytics panel with your booking activity. On the Free plan these sections are locked, with a prompt to upgrade.
If you're on Free, that's fine — your basic profile is all a producer needs to book you. You can upgrade later if you want the fuller public page.
That's your profile done. Producers who find you on the marketplace see this profile inside their own workspace — there's no separate public web page for it.
